At last the moment for which all Bangladeshi cricket fans were waiting for finally arrived on Friday, as their team won their first world cup match. Beating Ireland with a margin of 27 runs, Bangladesh team proved that hey are still in competition. The Sher-e-Bangla Cricket stadium in Dhaka became the battle ground for the two not so strong teams of 2011 world cup.
Since the beginning the target of 206 runs was looking very easy for the Ireland team. But with the powerful bowling and illusive fielding, Bangladeshi team got their maiden victory.
